Working firstly for Snowdrop Systems and
then, following the acquisition Sage, I have worked within the
software industry for 9 years. Originally starting as a Graphic
Designer, I had creative responsibility for the Snowdrop brand and
later the Sage HR & Payroll divisional brand repositioning,
including realignment to company global brand values.
Now working as a marketing campaign manager
and am responsible for lead generation and brand awareness
campaigns to create new business acquisitions and support
telemarketing activity.

I started my career working for Snowdrop
Systems on a graduate programme working across the following areas
within the business: Sales, Marketing, Project Management and
Technical. After my 18 month graduate programme I progressed to a
role in Project Management, becoming Prince 2 qualified and
managing large HR and Payroll software project installations.
Using my project management experience I
progressed to work as a Marketing Campaigns Manager for Sage HR
& Payroll. This involves working with our existing customer
base, managing customer campaigns, organising events, managing the
customer website and ensuring our customer communications
incorporate an extraordinary customer experience.
